1. Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same or next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During high-volume periods — such as promotional events, product launches, or major holidays — processing may extend up to 4 business days. We'll keep you informed.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
United States
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
International
- International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on destination country and customs processing.
Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or customs processing may affect transit times.
3. Order Tracking & Shipping Notifications
The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Here's what to expect:
- Tracking links become active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
- If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please reach out — we're happy to investigate.
- Check your spam or promotions folder if you haven't received a confirmation email.
4. Shipping Delays
We do everything we can to meet delivery windows, but some delays are beyond our control. LinfaFlow is not liable for delays resulting from:
- Carrier disruptions or service outages
- Severe weather or natural events
- Customs or import processing (international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. LinfaFlow is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
- Contact us immediately at support@linfaflow.com if you notice an address error after placing your order — we'll do our best to intercept it.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.
- Include your order number and a photo of any damaged packaging.
